TEARS

There has always been a sea of tears it’s an age-old story
The birth of a baby or skinned knee when he’s a boy

As the years keep moving on
Tears always go along

Tears will be here throughout our life
They’re a release when we see strife

Tears can be good when emotions run high
They also clear up what gets in your eye

When God created this unique body part
He knew how much the eye affects the heart

There are tears of joy and tears of sadness
Tears cause anxiety but also gladness

One day sad tears will be no more
Only happy tears will be let in the door
