Sunsets

How many hours have been spent looking at a majestic sunset

I doubt very seriously that’s been calculated yet

there’s something all inspiring to the eye

When the sun catches the particles in the sky

the sunsets every evening each day

Coloring the horizon a beautiful way

yet God can hold it in his hand

It’ll do whatever he demands

He gave it to us to look upon because he loves Man, everyone

A bar of bright glittery gold with hues of red

sometimes pink and purple instead

 one thing will never change

Because man can never rearrange

Or match the beauty of a sunset languishing there

Like the sun setting on a horizon just because God cares
