Once upon a rodeo
Cowboys on horses
Putting on a show
whooping and hollering
Little calves rope collaring
The cowboys’ lasso
hangs in the air
As an Unsuspecting calf
grazes near
Rodeo riders and the life they desire
No cowgirl can control that fire
Every rodeo fills a particular need
True cowboys seem to have to feed
Find a doctor or lawyer instead
Rodeos get inside a cowboys head
His heart will never fully belong
To a woman that wants all his song
So, move on, little cowgirl
he will ride away on his horse
