Make Your Happy

We do not find happiness On a shelf
It’s always sitting in our emotional self

You must reach inside and grab a piece
of the happiness wheel full of life’s grease

No one else can make happiness flow
We own the puzzle to work and show

The smile that emanates from deep inside
It pleases others if they join your ride

Happiness is contagious, so share
Find some friends who you know care

Your sadness brings all around you down
They feel it even when you make no sound

Even when pulling out, happiness is a struggle
It’s okay to add other emotions; you can juggle

Even if it’s just for a day, or two
reach in and find happiness glue
