Turning Pages

The pages turn once in a lifetime
No going back to revise the last line
Now long recorded in halls
of year’s past
Days we thought
we had plenty to last
We chased hopes and dreams for miles
With ups and downs and many smiles
Sadly we get older then we look back
When age takes its toll, we now lose track
It should be a lesson for the youth everywhere
But, Their busy turning pages living life without cares
