Invisible Battle

If I could unbend your little mind
I would do it in a heartbeat đź’“

But, I can’t, so I must find
A way for you to feel complete

I’ll be that patient hand on your shoulder
I’ll try to be strong just like a boulder

When you get frustrated from time to time
I’ll quietly exit and try to unwind

It’s not your fault you act this way
You couldn’t choose your DNA

Someday there will be a cure for you
Until then We’ll just see this through
