Snowflakes Fall
When a snowflake falls
It covers and colors all
A blanket of bright white light
Glistens and glows through the night
Laughter bubbles up from voices outside
Sliding down mountains on a fun winter ride
Not everyone welcomes the snowflakes visit
Just sit by your window you know you’ll watch it
When those free-flowing snowflakes fall
Sit back, and watch you’ll be enthralled
Watching from my window.. wishing for the strength from youth to enjoy it… that will not happen today. stay warm and keep writing
